According to Jon, "The car was imported in 1970 for the Melbourne Motor show as a display vehicle. It was factory optioned with power windows and sunroof, a 300Hp D-block Clevo 4v motor, vacuum tank etc.

This must be close to one of a kind as it even has Australian Compliance plates like the XW GT. It was converted by Chapel and originally owned by Edsel Ford at that time working in Australia as MD of Ford on such projects as the Falcon Cobra. And does the old girl up and boogie? How's 12.4sec at 106mph."
