In 1967, Ford's Mustang 390 GT was the faster than the Camaro, Barracuda, Marlin and Mustang's heavier brother, the Cougar. With the air-conditioning on and the tape deck on full blast the 390 could knock off 15.2-second quarter-miles. Stripped of the luxury goodies the 390 could easily get down into the mid-14 range (or as fast as a Shelby Mustang).

FOR SALE is an original maintained 1967 Mustang Convertible in Brittany Blue with Blue Decor bucket seats running the all matching numbers 390 4V Big Block V8, C6 Select Shift Cruise-O-matic and 3.25 Equa-Lok 9" diff.

Built on the 13th of October, 1966 this super rare and highly desirable Mustang was imported from Arizona, USA in 2005. The GT is supplied with a Ford Verification letter, a Marti Report, import documentation and engineering documents for the RHD conversion plus the original factory build sheet.

Fully optioned with every option box ticked including the GT Equipment Group, the "Sportshift" C6 automatic, Equa-Lok 9" 3.25 ratio diff, Convenience Control Panel, Courtesy Lighting Group, F70-14 Wide Oval Tyres, White Sidewall Nylon Tyres, Rocker Panel Moulding, Console, Deluxe Steering Wheel, Power Steering, Selectaire Air-conditioning, AM/8 Track Stereo Radio, Exterior Decor Group, Interior Decor Group, Tinted Glass, Deluxe Seat Belts, Styled Steel Wheels and Tachometer + Trip Odometer.

The rubber-peeling power is matched by Ford tuned suspension for better handling and Power Disc front brakes to pull up the beast. Of course, those fat BF Goodrich T/A Wide Oval radials don't hurt either.
