Always popular, the good old WB Holden Ute. And this one is a standout in Bermuda blue Pearl with that magnificent Statesman Caprice front end and a nice VS Senator 304 V8 under the hood. Melbourne, car for your inspection.

Here we have for sale a real head turning WB Holden Ute. Transformed from a standard issue 6 cylinder WB Ute, the owner built this dream machine. He replaced the original 202 6 cylinder with a 90,000 klm VS 304 V8 sourced from a HSV Senator and had the engine freshened with a Head and Cam package from Flowcraft. The Turbo 700 transmission, also from the same VS Senator has been rebuilt and a 3500 stall converter fitted.

The WB is also fitted with VS power steering, a 3" single big bore exhaust, a set of Pacemaker extractors and a 9" LSD with 3.55 gears. And its travelled a mere 6,803 km since it was restored.

The exterior has been treated to a custom paint job in Bermuda blue with a custom purple pearl. The WB has been professionally ceramic coated and fully detailed. A brand new Statesmen Caprice front clip including the rare grill with full one piece front bar and rear two piece chrome bar were sourced from an ex. Holden employee and were still in their GMH packaging. The tray is finished in the same Bermuda Blue with a stone guard finish and a custom tonneau tray cover clipped from the top is fitted to give a seamless finish.

On the inside, the WB has been treated to a set of custom Recaro seats, a full autometer dash cluster including speedo, tacho, temp and oil gauges. Plus there is a HSV style Momo steering wheel and CD player.

Brakes are VT Commodore slotted/drilled front rotors with drum brakes at the rear. The Ute is riding on old school FR 18 Simmons with excellent 225/40R18 rubber.

This is a WB Ute that has had tons of love and attention showered on it and is ready to be enjoyed by the next lucky owner.
