Just emerged from dry storage in Broken Hill, this 1970 ZC Fairlane Custom was ordered with the base 3.6 Litre 6 cylinder engine combined with a 3 speed manual gearbox.

A seriously great project car. Starts on first turn of the key, running and driving but has been stored for many years so will need recommissioning. No structural rust, only minor surface rust. All original panels and glass. Solid floors, torque boxes, inner rear quarters, rear pillars, boot and outer roof pillars. No rust in the roof. All door trims are in very good condition with front and rear seats both original with some splits in the seams. Showing 123,921 miles and believed to be genuine. As with all Fairlane Customs the car does not have factory power steering.

The interior is totally original and the Fairlane is complianced to seat 6 passengers. The dash is in very good condition with good crash pad and steering wheel and the Superfringe radio is still fitted to the car. The original carpet is in faded but reasonable condition.

Riding on white walled tyres with ZC Fairlane 500 caps. A good solid Fairlane that deserves to be restored to its former glory and enjoyed back on the road.
