1971 XY GS Falcon - Vermilion Fire
A rare factory Vermilion Fire 250 2V Falcon GS now running a mild 351 Cleveland with Holley carby and extractors mated to the factory 4 speed manual Top Loader gearbox and through to a 9" LSD rear end. Mechanicals, suspension and braking are all fully sorted with receipts provided for all works completed in 2021.
Now it's up to you to decide which way to head. Back to the original factory GS spec or take the modifications already completed and make this your dream GTHO replica.
Either way, you're starting with an excellent base. With mechanicals all sorted, you will need to freshen the paint. If you choose to put the car back to the original specifications, the car needs re-trimming in the original Tu-tone saddle trim, white hood lining, GS wheel caps, GS stripes and some chrome work.
Alternatively, if you decide to build a GT replica, the car will need a re-trim in the factory basket weave - Black, saddle or white, GT stripes and black outs, driving lights, spoilers etc. But you've got brand new 15" Bathurst Globes on excellent tyres, a full metal shaker and genuine FOMOCO petrol cap already in place.
Whichever way you decide, this is going to be a fun project to put together with a great result whichever way you decide to go.
The Falcon comes with a Ford letter of verification, receipts for all mechanical works to date and two sets of keys. Please call to discuss or arrange an inspection.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
