For sale is this stunning heavily modified Candy Apple Red '72 Datsun 240Z running a naturally aspirated small block Chev 350 V8, built and installed by Croydon Racing Developments, Sydney with Edelbrock Victor Junior alloy heads, Holley Demon carby for street and strip, working cold air intake, estimated around 400hp.

Driving through a B&M Pro-ratchet shifter backed by a Turbo-350 transmission and shortened 9” differential with 4.1:1 ratio gearing.

The exhaust is a Tri-mode 4” X-Force with an electronically operated quiet, rumble and beast setting bypass valve. So you can choose to either sneak away or wake up the neighbourhood and get out of town!

Brakes are front and rear disc with CVR Power-Vac electric pump and the car is riding on 17" Simmons rims and Pirelli P-Zero 235/45/ZR17 front and 255/40/ZR17 rear tyres.

The 240Z was painted in 2011 in 2 Pak Candy Apple Red Metallic with a Pandem “Rocket Bunny” body-kit designed and made by Tra-Kyoto, Japan incorporating cleverly the Corvette Stingray and Dino Ferrari styling into the Datsun design.

The interior is all custom in white vinyl Recaro style seat with matching door cards and instrumentation by Pro-Comp including speedo, tacho, fuel, temp, oil, fuel pressure, amp and vac. Steering wheel is by Isotta of Italy and features brushed alloy with a leather grip and there are switches for the thermo fan over-ride, fog lights and fuel pump.

The 240Z has been Queensland mod plated and has been fully registered previously in Queensland. Currently on full NSW Registration until November, 2022. NSW VSCCS Compliance Certification current to November 2022.
