For sale is a quality maintained example of the XB GT Falcon. Presented in striking Polar White with Tutone Blackout Bonnet, this 1975 XB GT features the matching numbers 351 2V Cleveland, a 4 speed smooth shifting Single Rail Top Loader gearbox and the factory 9" LSD.

The car is in original maintained condition with a repaint to the bonnet blackout, underside of bonnet and sill panel blackouts. The rest of the GT features the original paint. This GT is an extremely clean rust and damage free example. The GT was Endrust treated in 1991 and this has protected the GT perfectly.

According to the ACCHS report, this GT is one of 1930 XB GT Falcons built, one of 917 manual cars, one of 226 Polar White examples, one of only 70 with the paint and trim combo and the only one built with the specific options selected.

The Ford Verification letter notes that the GT was originally sold through Allan Coffey Ford, Dandenong, Victoria and was optioned with the TuTone Bonnet, Superfringe Radio, Sports Road Wheels and Heated Backlight. The GT was purchased by the current owner in 2021 and has been meticulously maintained and thoroughly enjoyed.

Mechanically, the car runs strongly and sounds amazing. In maintained condition, the GT is running a Holley Brawler 650 with mechanical secondaries, Pacemaker extractors, factory fan shroud, FOMOCO radiator, air cleaner and rocker covers. A super reliable easy to drive GT with plenty of power and a proven long range tourer. The GT has been fitted with a new starter motor, new battery and a has been treated to a full mechanical service.

The interior is day one original including the carpet. The original dash, gauges, steering wheel are all present and accounted for. The Falcon has been fitted with an Eurovox AM/FM/Cassette player, dealer fitted under dash Selectaire Air-conditioning and power steering. The GT is showing 206,177 Kilometres from new.

Open the boot and there is a boot carpet, spare and factory tools. The GT is riding on genuine 12 slots with GT skull caps and dress rims with 14" × 6" 205/70R14 Vitour tyres on the front and 14" x 7" 245/60R14 Vitour tyres on the rear. The original set of 4 unrestored Option 52 Sports Road wheels come with the car.

The GT comes with a letter of Verification from Ford, an ACCHS Report, the original log books and owners manuals, the Eurovox radio manual, Selectaire operating manual and 2 sets of original keys. There is also a full ownership history and a receipt folder.

The XB GT Falcon was the last of the original GTs and to many is considered the best road going Grand Tourer. Gone were the wild stripes and Super Roo badging and in their place was a well rounded more sophisticated Ford road car.
