Now for sale is a super low kilometre manual 2004 FPV BA GT Falcon in rare Blue Pearl with Black leather trim and only 38,633 Kilometers on the clock. Sold with all FPV documentation and full service history this low kilometre BA GT is a collectors gem. For sale from Brisbane, QLD.

After 30 years of denying the Australian motoring community a true performance Ford, the GT was back. This was a proper rework and rethink of the whole GT Falcon idea, which brought it into the 21st century. Of course the centrepiece was the 5.4lt aluminium quad cam V8, which had been tweaked locally by Prodrive to give the GT some proper V8 pulling power.

If you thought the 300bhp (220kW) of the 70's GT was good, this new BA GT produced 290kW or 390bhp of power, plus a mountainous 520Nm of torque resulting in a mid 13 second standing quarter mile time.

Not only did Ford and FPV deliver a GT with a powerful drivetrain, they also endowed the GT with larger, grooved 325mm front rotors and a four-channel anti-lock system with electronic brake-force distribution.

Reminiscent of the 70's, Ford's colour palate offered paint shades to match the sexy new GT including Acid Rush, Lightning Strike, Blood Orange, Blueprint, Winter White, Phantom and in this case Blue Pearl.

For sale is Build No. 808, a stunning low kilometre example of the first FPV GT Falcon. This is an unmodified example running the all matching numbers mighty Boss 290kW 5.4 litre quad-cam 4 valve aluminium head V8 which feeds the power to the ground through the sought after Tremec 5 speed manual gearbox and the 3.23 LSD rear end.

The GT features all original paint and near mint leather FPV trim. The GT still retains the tissue box that was supplied in the car when new. Originally sold through Sunshine Ford at Southport, QLD, the GT comes with full service history, the original owner's log books, FPV Compendium, Authenticity certificate and two sets of keys.

The original alloy wheels are fitted with excellent 255/40R17 tyres with the original unused Dunlop SP9000 fitted to the spare wheel in the boot.

Currently owned by a GT Falcon enthusiast, perfectly maintained and drives and performs as it should.
