1970 VG Valiant Pacer Coupe (SOLD)

ONE OWNER super hard to find 1970 VG Valiant Pacer Coupe in stunning oh so Aussie, Bondi Bleach White. Lift that big bonnet and you've got to admire the great use of colours that Chrysler employed to show off their brilliant Hemi 245 engine. This Pacer still runs its original matching numbers 245 Hemi. The original 3 speed manual floor shift is there and has been fitted by the owner with a custom console that can be removed if required.

Check out the brilliant use of bonnet black outs, red grill paint out, red bumble bee striping and bold Pacer 245 decals and you get the message that this car was something rather special from the Chrysler design studios.

Mechanically the big Pacer has always been serviced and well maintained and the engine has been rebuilt to factory specifications. The car was repainted 30 years ago and at the time the owners retrimmed the car in the original black X1 trim, replaced the carpet and hood linings. The door cards are still factory originals. The paint is very clean for a 30 year old paint job with no damage and only a very minor rust bubble on the right hand rear wheel arch.

The car comes with the original log books, owners manuals and has covered a genuine 163,910 miles from new. Riding on period Indy mags with good rubber and still registered with its original number plates this is quite the find for the Valiant enthusiast. Call Mike Selby to arrange for a private inspection of this Pacer Coupe. Full WA registration and UAT 914 number plates. Located in Perth, WA. (Ref: 5426)
