Thinking of having one built? well then stop right there! For sale is a super high quality brand new build Phase 3 Tribute. In Electric Blue with Black trim, this GTHO Replica features all Phase 3 HO running gear from a Phase 3 spec 4V 351 Cleveland, 4 speed Top loader gearbox, 9" diff with HO finned drums, brake proportioning valve, HO wiring loom etc.

Built from a Teal Glow Falcon that the current owner purchased 11 years ago, the XY was stripped to a bare shell, put on a rotisserie and rebuilt into a top tier GTHO Tribute. With genuine GT and GTHO parts collected over many years, this Tribute is as close to a genuine GT as is possible. Genuine parts used in the build include original 4V heads, HO brake proportioning valve, HO style brake booster, genuine vacuum tank, T piece for the manifold, HO radiator support, Shaker, Rev Limiter, HO finned drums, 16:1 GT steering box, brand new 36 gallon fuel tank, sender and fuel lines, tie down for the spare wheel, GTHO red handbrake cable, 6 leaf rear springs, correct sway bar and mountings, dual exhaust hangers with threaded plate. Fuel is fed to the cylinders via a Holley 750 Ultimate double pumper with electric choke. Nothing has been left untouched. And there is a photo file of all works completed in the restoration.

The super solid rust and damage free shell was finished in 2 pack Electric Blue with full GT blackouts and stripes with correct GTHO front and rear spoilers. Brand new bumpers have been used with new grill and inserts, new indicators and restored stainless. The entire interior is new including steering wheel, console, dash pad, seats, roof lining, door cards, plastics and seat belts. The car also features an original AM Superfringe radio, genuine clock, genuine 8,000 tacho and 140MPH speedo showing 18,482 miles. The GTHO has completed 250 miles since the full restoration. The car features the original 7th month 1971 glass except for the front windscreen.

Mechanically, the 351 Cleveland engine has been re-built with Phase 3 cam specs with the addition of roller rockers. The Top loader gearbox and 9” diff have also been rebuilt with new bearings and seals. All the suspension arms, tie rods and brake system are new or reconditioned.

The 15" Bathurst Globe wheels and tyres are all new with red walls added. The underside of the car has also been fully detailed with HO markings. In the boot is a Globe spare with correct tie down, new boot mat, fuel line breather hose and tools.

This is a quality Phase 3 Tribute that looks the part, sounds amazing and drives beautifully. With genuine cars heading for 7 figures, driving a GTHO Tribute of this quality is an excellent alternative to risking the real thing. And with nothing more to spend, this is a GTHO that you can cruise right now without the headaches and time required to build your own.
