For sale is a super clean example of the base Mustang Hardtop for 1973. Originally spec'd with the L code 250 CID 6 cylinder engine and C4 auto, and presented in Light Blue with Blue Corinthian Vinyl trim, the Mustang is now running a fully rebuilt 351 Cleveland V8.
The engine was built by a well known Sydney engine shop to produce close to 400hp and is bored .030", with Speedpro Hypertec pistons, Moly rings and Sealed Power bearings. The 'Stang is fitted with a 750 Brawler carburettor, ICE ignition, dual thermo fans, double row timing chain, Crow cam, machined crank and balanced rotating assembly. The original C4 auto transmission has been rebuilt and features a 3000 rpm stall convertor and trans oil cooler and the Mustang is fitted with a custom dual exhaust. The Mustang has covered 6,897 miles since the rebuild.
Suspension has been re-bushed with new upper and lower control arms. The Mustang has new front disc brakes and rear drums and the car is fitted with a late model Ford power steering set up. The whole cooling system has been rebuilt from the radiator through to thermostat, sender and hoses and twin thermo fans keep everything running cool.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 8.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
