History:

The car has a good detailed history. I am the 5th owner of the vehicle and I have had it since August 1999. I have spoken to the previous 3 owners from the eastern states to collect its history. All of the documentation, receipts and owners manual, shall go with the car. Back in 1995 the car had about $12k spent on it with engine work, brakes, suspension and minor things (carpets, boot mat and door seals.

I have the compliance plate at home (not attached to the car) and have verification form Ford Australia about the cars originality.

This car is semi restored (engine was rebuilt about 3.5 years ago). The interior looks to be original and underneath has a few original paint dots over the chassis. The Kelsey Hayes 5 slot wheels have the paint dots on them still.

All of the glass windows have the same markings on the windows except for the front windscreen. This is a very honest car with no signs of damage from accidents.

All of the instruments and lights are working fine along with the radio.

The car was painted black back in 1974 (we believe it to be 2 pack) and still has the same coat on it know. It has had a lot of shed life. I have painted under the bonnet only (not the engine bay) about 4 years ago.

Original carburetor and original manifold shall go onto the car within the next few weeks (carburetor being rebuilt).

The engine was rebuilt in November 2003 at a cost of $15k. It is a very strong motor, some of the parts and work completed on it was:

• Port and polish of the 4v heads

• Grind and polish the crank

• Rebore and hone the block

• Line bore the block

• Balance rods and pistons

• Romac balancer

• High volume oil pump

• Isky valve springs

• Ferrea inlet and exhaust valves

• Competition cam

• Michigan bearings

• Yella Terra rockers

• TRW forged flat pistons

• Yella Terra Steel Flywheel

• MSD 6AL ignition Transformer

• Speed Pro rings

• Rollmaster premium Timing Chain

• Phase 4 extractors

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.

When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.

The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.

If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.

If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.

AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
