1970 Holden HT Monaro GTS - Sebring Orange
This very clean 1970 HT GTS Monaro presented in striking Sebring Orange with Black vinyl trim is equipped with a Chev 350 small block engine and a 4-speed gearbox. Available for sale now at our Sydney showroom.
Beginning its journey in February 1970, this Monaro was configured as a rare factory 308 GTS with a 4-speed Saginaw transmission, built in the Dandenong Vic Holden plant. Its original paint scheme is unknown with it original tags showing a unique paint code reserved for fleet cars, but it retains its original black trim configuration.
Under the hood lies a freshly rebuilt 350 Chev motor featuring machined Fuelie heads, TRW pistons, roller rockers, 650 Holley carburettor, MSD ignition system, electric fuel pump, and fully serviced radiator. The HT boasts a robust setup with the 4-speed Toploader gearbox reinforced tailshaft along with featuring a 9-inch rear end fitted with 3.5:1 gears. The car is also equipped with Pacemaker extractors leading to a three-inch exhaust complete with dump pipes located at the diff.
The exterior of the HT received a full acrylic respray in Sebring Orange around 20 years ago and remains in well-maintained shape. Inside it features factory-correct black vinyl upholstery complemented by houndstooth cloth inserts for added flair. It retains its original dashboard, crash pad, and door cards while featuring replaced centre console, carpets and headliner.
The GTS comes fitted with its original disc brakes up front and drums at the rear. Shocks have been replaced, alongside factory-style tramp rods.
Riding on HT GTS 14" wheels and GTS caps with ample tread on tyres all round. In the boot is a 14" spare alongside the correct jack and tools with a new vinyl boot matt.
Full NSW registration until 26th May, 2025 for NSW buyers only. The car is located for your inspection in our Sydney Showroom. (Ref. 6620)

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
