1985 VK BT1 Commodore SL - 4.9L V8 (SOLD)

For sale is a rare to find Ex South Australian Police VK Commodore SL optioned with the BT1 Police Pack in factory Police Blue. All matching numbers HDT/Brock prepared LV2 4.9 litre V8, M40 Trimatic automatic and Salisbury LSD rear.

This VK SL was sold through United Motors, Adelaide in early 1986 and would have been enlisted in Police duties for between 6 to 12 months. The car has been resprayed on a rust and damage free body but retains the original paint in the engine bay, boot and door jambs.

The car comes with the log books showing the South Australian Police as the original owner and has covered a genuine 208,904 klms.

In need of some general maintenance prior to registration following several years in storage. The car starts and drives but will need a brake system rebuild, factory A/C regas, a repair to an oil leak in the power steering and perhaps a tidy up to the interior. However, importantly, it is all there and genuinely all matching numbers.
