2017 VF Series II Holden Commodore Motorsport Edition - 8 kilometres!
VF II Holden Motorsport Edition Build number 890/1200 is presented in Heron White, running its 6.2-litre LS3 V8 engine backed by a 6 speed manual gear box which has travelled only EIGHT KILOMETRES (8km) from new.
One of only 1200 produced, the Holden Motorsport is based on an optimised SS-V Redline and labelled by Holden as ‘KOM’ (‘King of the Mountain’) reflecting the legendary Commodore’s 24 Bathurst victories.
These super special limited edition Motorsport Edition Commodores are powered by the same 304kW/570Nm LS3 V8 as the Redline but adds four-mode Magnetic Ride Control suspension (yep, as per Holden Special Vehicles) and high-rate rear sub-frame bushes, uprates from 19- to 20-inch staggered alloy wheels and Bridgestone rubber.
It also gets cross-drilled Brembo brake rotors front and rear and engine and transmission cooling. The Motorsport Edition comes with an unique stripe package, upgraded brake package, cooling system which consists of an additional engine oil cooler fitted and an in-tank radiator water-to-oil cooler for manual models which makes this a Level 3 GM Track Spec, meaning it is capable of being driven hard at any track event without the risk of overheating or part failure with 4 modes to choose from (Touring, Sport, Performance and Track), Sport switches the the MRC (Magnetic Ride Control) to a damper tune and opens the bi-modal exhaust flaps.
Performance introduces torque, meatier steering and ‘Competitive’ damping, Track brings launch control in the manual version only while Touring is for your general driving. Also fitted with Magnetic Ride Control suspension that has been custom-tuned by Holden’s engineering team to offer a balance between performance and comfort.
The Motorsport also gets a build plate in the engine bay with its build number and ‘KOM’ on its build plate.
Interior has been slightly customised with heated performance front seats, metallic trimmings throughout the interior distinguishing it as a limited edition from the SS-V Redline version, embroidered with its model into the instrument-panel trim and a Motorsport commemorative presentation case that includes a copy of the build plate and a video screen that plays professionally shot images of the Motorsport limited edition and a 1:18-scale Biante model of the car.
Build No. 890 has never been registered and has been professionally stored with all pre delivery stickers and markings still in place. The car was delivered new through Suttons Holden, Arncliffe, NSW and comes with the still to be filled in owners log books, owners manuals, commemorative presentation case, 1:18-scale Biante model, unused factory rubber floor mats, Motorsport custom car cover still in it's box and that wonderful new car smell.
As you would expect, the exterior is in stunning brand new show room condition.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
