For sale is this pristine unmolested LX Torana SS Hatch in Cotillion White with Slate back golf ball trim. Running the factory matching numbers 4.2 litre V8 and T-bar Auto, this SS Hatch still retains it's original black trim and has covered a genuine log booked 164,312 Kilometres from new. For sale from our Sydney Showroom.

According to the log books, this Torana SS was sold through Preston Motors, South Melbourne and delivered in July, 1976. The SS was re-painted on the outside only in 2022 in 2 Pack on a rust and damage free body with original paint still featuring in the engine bay, boot and door jambs. The car also features the original style gold and black SS striping on the flanks.

The interior is in amazing condition throughout. All the gauges work and this SS is still fitted with the original AM radio, seat belts, original carpet, the original Goodyear G800 spare wheel, particle board and factory tools.

Mechanically the car is totally stock and super reliable. The engine bay is very original with original decals, paint markings, 2 BBL Stromberg carby and standard exhaust manifold. The car features the original horns. And take a look under the dash and you'll notice all the wiring is mint. The Torana has just been fully serviced and drives beautifully making a wonderful old school V8 note through the 1 7/8" dual exhaust fitted.

All the glass is original except for the windscreen. The SS badge in the grille, front spoiler, the aerial and radio are all still original.

Riding on the original 13" Torana steel wheels and genuine mint hub caps with new Bridgestone 185x70R13 all round.

This stunning LX SS Torana comes with the original log books, owners manual, Radio manual, Torana Service Handbook, original keys, GM mudflaps and rear window venetian.

Thankfully, this Torana SS has survived without being cut up and modified into another A9X look-a-like. And to top it off, this special Torana has been signed by the ONE AND ONLY racing legend Mr. Harry Firth, AOM on the glove box lid!!!
