On the exterior the paintwork is excellent. It has had a good quality respray approximately 5 years ago and is set off nicely with those rare restored 14 x 8" V4 Simmons three piece racing wheels and new tyres. The owner has re-chromed the front and rear bumper bars, replaced the rear trailing arm and diff housing bushes, replaced upper and lower control arm bushes and bolts, serviced all brakes and wheel bearings and installed a new speedo cable assembly. A battery cutoff and ignition immobiliser have also been fitted.

The engine bay is clean and detailed and there are no oil leaks. She runs smooth and strong and is super reliable. And with the Radial Tuned Suspension and race tuned A9X floor pan, the UC drives and handles better than the LH or LX Toranas that pre-dated the UC.
