This is naturally reflected in price, with XU-1s with matching numbers, now attracting phenomenal prices. The car also doesn't come with the original 3100X engine.
This is not a car for those looking for originality. It's for someone who wants to drive these cars, the way they were meant to be driven: On a racetrack, with the flexibility of being a street registered vehicle! The car is not original. For example, it has received a lot of LJ bits in the '80s, receiving an LJ 'upgrade' treatment front and back in the '80s, as well as flared guards.
This is a fast track car, but it is also street registered. The NXU-111 plates will be included with the car for a Queensland purchaser, but the current registration is not transferable, due to being club registration.
The paint on this car is 20-years-old!!! What you see is what you get with the body. No hidden nasties. There are only a couple of minor rust bubbles and some minor marks on the paintwork, but otherwise the body is in good and straight condition. No dents etc. The interior is in good condition. It has GTR door cards, LJ dash, new OBX race seats, racing harness seat belts (original belts included) and an aluminium half roll cage. The interior is also in good condition. But please note: This is not a show car; it's a racecar!
